French Toast Cups

4 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

2 heaping spoonfuls of vanilla Greek yogurt

about half a loaf of bread, I used honey wheat

(optional) your favorite berries

Add all ingredients except the bread to a bowl and whisk until combined. Slice bread into cubes and add them to a well greased muffin pan. Poor wet mixture into each bread cup ( I used almost all of my wet mixture). Using the back of a measuring cup press the bread down to help compact everything. This is optional but top with your favorite berries before baking. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Store in the fridge up to a week in an airtight container.
