2️⃣go in with a plan in place so you don’t have any anxiety on what to do next or where to go.

3️⃣Put your headphones in and get in the zone.

4️⃣if you can, go at non-peak hours where it’s less busy to build confidence up until you’re ready to go at busier hours.

5️⃣last but definitely not least - DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU’RE GOING TO DO. This may sound dumb but following through on the promises you give to yourself is the #1 thing you can do to build your personal confidence.
