Look I understand everyone is talking about “WINTER ARC❄️” and how they are about to grind and become absolutely unrecognizable - THATS GREAT, I’m not against the work and transforming yourself but here’s my issue….

WINTER ARC is sounding just like “new year new me”…🙃

It’s literally the same every year, instead of making some dramatic announcement of completely changing your physique maybe just learn to improve yourself daily and start habits that you can carry with you for LIFE and not just for a short period of time…🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m not against goal setting, hear what I’m saying, I’m against this over dramatized period(s) of time that are supposed to make drastic, quick changes….drastic and quick fixes don’t last btw….😮‍💨

Maybe start a bit smaller and be little bit better than you were yesterday or last month and build off of that. And watch those habits compound and THEN you will continue to become a better YOU all year around. ✨
