How I spend my days when I am not doing nails #autismkids #autismmomlife #food #fyp
Being an autism mom requires a unique blend of patience, organization, and love. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of maintaining a structured routine—not just for my child’s benefit but also to keep my own sanity. Each day involves a rhythm, from planning outfits and preparing dinner to making sure we both stay hydrated. Meal preparation is a vital component of our day. I’ve found that using simple seasonings and easy-to-follow recipes provides comfort and consistency, especially when preparing dinner. This can involve little tasks such as choosing pajamas for the night or selecting outfits for the next day, which help create a predictable environment. Taking breaks is another essential part of our schedule. These small pauses—like a quick shot break or simply hanging up clothes—offer moments to reset and recharge. Over time, I’ve also discovered that keeping things organized, such as bagging clothes for school, reduces stress for both of us. Most importantly, staying hydrated throughout the day helps maintain energy levels during busy moments. I integrate hydration reminders into our routine because both mom and child need to stay healthy and alert to face the day’s challenges. Through my experience, balancing a career in nail care while managing life as an autism mom is challenging but incredibly rewarding. Sharing these moments and tips helps others understand the dedication involved and offers practical ideas for creating a calm, structured, and loving home environment.
