Quick and tasty chicken and rice
Ingredient
Chicken drumstick
Jasmine rice
Red pepper flakes
Red bell pepper
Minced garlic
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Chicken bouillon
Chicken broth
Salt
Rosemary
Olive oil
☕️ Put chicken to a bowl add oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary and salt then mix together
☕ Add oil to cooking pan, sear chicken then put aside
☕ Add chopped bell pepper and minced garlic to pan then sautee for 2-3mins.
☕ Add washed rice to veggies
☕ Add chicken broth, water, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper flakes
☕ Add chicken drumstick to rice, mix together and cover
☕ cook until chicken and rice is fully done then garnish with green onions
