This flexibility reduces pressure and helps sustain motivation over time. Activities like washing dishes, petting an animal, journaling about your space, or simply sitting quietly and taking deep breaths invite mindfulness and grounding moments essential during burnout. Additionally, the challenge encourages small wins through achievable tasks, such as tidying one small area or uninstalling an unnecessary app. These manageable actions help reduce overwhelm and build a sense of accomplishment, which can boost resilience.
