Coda is a very popular Fine Dining restaurant with a lot of influ celebrities. With a unique course, it is unique. The restaurant can combine each Thai food menu for us to eat in one word. Like papaya salad, kha, the chef can make a full taste in the form of one word omakase. Eat puppy, know what menu is. We are very impressed. I have never seen it from anywhere before. 🥹🫶🏻
💗 when we went to have a little problem was to find a little hair in papaya salad. The chef took responsibility by changing the dish to a new one, not charging us the whole course. That day we went to 2 people but only paid one person. Very impressed. 🤍🤍
🦆 the shop will have complimentary as a duck mush (very famous), can be added in no limit. The taste is delicious. The broth is rich.
🫶🏻 the add-on menu that I ordered so much. It will be Uni toast. Very delicious. Light out the mouth. The toast is juicy, butter, fresh, uni. And another is Sichuan crab pasta. Very delicious. It's cold pasta, but the taste is very mellow. Very perfect.
🇹🇭 the Thai menu in the course. We like all of them. I like it the most. It's a kettle, Iberico. The broth tastes like a boil. And the duck is a steak. The duck meat is very fresh, not fishy at all. The sauce topped is very good.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “thai fine dining restaurant bangkok” แล้วเล็ง Coda Bangkok อยู่ เราสรุปข้อมูลแบบคนไปกินจริงให้ค่ะ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจว่าคุ้มไหม และควรเตรียมตัวยังไงก่อนไป อย่างแรกที่รู้สึกได้ตั้งแต่มาเสิร์ฟคือคอร์สของ Coda เป็น Thai fine dining ที่ตีความอาหารไทยได้สนุกมาก หลายจานทำให้ “รสชาติครบในหนึ่งคำ” แบบที่กินปุ๊บเดาออกทันทีว่าเป็นเมนูอะไร (เช่น Tom Kha โทนกะทิ–ตะไคร้ชัดมาก หรือ Somtum ที่ยังได้ความเปรี้ยวเค็มหวานแบบส้มตำจริง) เหมาะกับคนที่อยากลองไฟน์ไดนิ่งแต่ยังชอบรสไทยจัดๆ ไม่ได้เน้นฝรั่งจ๋า เรื่องโลเคชัน ร้านอยู่ตึก Sindhorn ชั้น 1 เดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวก ถ้าขับรถมาก็ควรเผื่อเวลาหาที่จอดนิดนึง เราแนะนำให้แต่งตัวแบบ smart casual ถ่ายรูปสวย บรรยากาศร้านจะโมเดิร์นๆ แสงกำลังดี และหลายคนชอบไปถ่ายรูปมุมกระจกห้องน้ำด้วย (เป็นมุมยอดฮิตจริง) เมนูในคอร์สที่คนพูดถึงเยอะและเราก็ชอบ คือกลุ่ม Tom Kha / Iberico / Duck และบางวันที่มีซีฟู้ดอย่าง Blue Crab หรือ Amaebi จะทำออกมาเนี๊ยบมาก กลิ่นสมุนไพรไทยเด่นแต่ไม่แรงเกิน ส่วนจาน Duck จะมาแนวสเต็ก เนื้อไม่คาว ซอสเข้ากันดี ใครไม่กินเป็ด บางช่วงจะมีตัวเลือกเปลี่ยนเป็น wagyu beef (+550.-) ด้วย อันนี้เหมาะกับคนอยากอัปเลเวลความฟิน ไฮไลต์ที่ห้ามพลาดคือ complimentary “ข้าวต้มเป็ด” เติมได้ไม่อั้น น้ำซุปเข้มข้น กินคั่นระหว่างคอร์สช่วยรีเซ็ตปากดีมาก (เข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมดัง) ส่วน add-on ถ้าเลือกได้แค่อย่างเดียว เราเชียร์ Uni toast มากๆ โทสต์ฉ่ำเนยกับอูนิสดคือเข้ากันแบบหยุดไม่ได้ อีกอย่างที่สายเส้นควรลองคือ cold pasta รสเสฉวน (พาสต้าเส้นเย็น) เผ็ดหอมพริกเสฉวนแบบกลมกล่อม ไม่ได้เผ็ดจนกลบรสอาหาร ทิปเล็กๆ ก่อนจอง/ไปกิน: ถ้ามีอาหารที่แพ้หรือไม่ทาน (เช่น กุ้ง ปู หรือเครื่องใน) บอกล่วงหน้าได้เลย จะได้ปรับคอร์สให้เนียน และเผื่อเวลาอย่างน้อย 2–2.5 ชม. เพราะคอร์สค่อนข้างละเอียด โดยรวมเราว่า Coda fine dining เหมาะกับโอกาสพิเศษหรือพาคนต่างชาติมาลองอาหารไทยแบบร่วมสมัย ได้ทั้งรสไทยและประสบการณ์ไฟน์ไดนิ่งในร้านเดียวค่ะ
