Stuffed Biscuits and Gravy✨

Delicious chorizo and egg stuffed biscuits with gravy!🥰

Ingredients:

- [ ] Canned Biscuit (1-2)

- [ ] Beef Chorizo

- [ ] Onion

- [ ] Beef bacon

- [ ] Eggs (4-6)

- [ ] Milk

- [ ] Butter

- [ ] Flour

- [ ] Seasonings

Directions:

In a pan cook the onion and chorizo, then add egg mixture (eggs, splash of milk, and seasoning) cook until scrambled.

Cook and chop bacon, add to chorizo eggs.

Then add chorizo egg mix into raw biscuits.

Cook biscuits as directed

(it was easier for me to cook in a muffin pan)

In a separate pan add about 1/4 stick butter,

garlic, and flour. Stir in milk slowly about 1 cup.

Add seasonings and water if it’s too thick.

✨Tips: You can add cheese!

You can leave out the onion if you’re not a fan.

You can also use regular breakfast sausage instead of chorizo.

✨The seasoning I use are Tony’s, italian seasoning, pepper, salt, garlic and onion powder.
