Occasion & Servings: 6-10 servings

Ingredient 1 & Portion: 1-2pkg of chicken breast cut in half. Heat pan, oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Sear chicken until golden brown and set aside. Deglaze pan with 1/3 litre of chicken stock add 4TBSP of Basil pesto . Slowly bring temperature up while slowly adding 1/2 litre of cream. Bring to a low boil. Add chicken back into sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove chicken to thicken sauce. Once thickened, pour the sauce over the pasta saving 1cup to pour over chicken. Put chicken half’s on top and pour remaining sauce over top. Enjoy!!!!!
