High Protein Vanilla Strawberry Matcha Latte

I’ve been loving this strawberry matcha lately. It hits my sweet cravings without the guilt and tastes like a quality matcha you’d get at a café. It’s low calorie (123 kcal), high protein (14g), and fits perfectly with my health and fitness goals since I track my calories. Honestly, it helps me get through the day and I am obsessed with this drink. 😍

Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍓

Ingredients:

- Matcha powder (ceremonial grade): 4g

- Warm water: 2oz (1/4 cup)

- Vanilla bean paste: 1 tsp

- Milk (ultra-filtered fat-free): 1 cup

- Strawberry purée: 2 tbsp

- Sugar-free french vanilla syrup: 2 tbsp

- Pinch of sea salt

- Crushed ice: as needed

Strawberry Purée Recipe:

- Fresh strawberries: 2 cups, chopped

- Maple syrup: 2 tbsp

- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Make the purée: simmer strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla until soft, then blend until smooth.

2. Whisk matcha: add matcha powder and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste to 2 oz warm water. Whisk until frothy.

3. Assemble the latte:

- Pour 2 tbsp strawberry purée into your cup and swirl it along the sides.

- Add crushed ice.

- Drizzle sugar-free vanilla syrup and a pinch of salt.

- Pour in milk, then add the whisked frothy matcha on top.
