Adult acne at the age of 35
Many people think that acne is a problem for adolescents, but in fact, many adults still have acne even after the age of 30 or 40. This condition is called adult acne, which is common, especially in women.
The cause is
1. Hormones
Hormonal changes, or androgen imbalances, which stimulate the production of oils on the skin.
2. Stress and inadequate sleep
Stress causes the body to secrete more of the hormone cortisol, resulting in more active sebaceous glands and inflammation.
3. Skin changes with age
As they age, exfoliation may slow down, causing follicles to clog more easily.
4. Lifestyle factors
High-sugar foods, some kinds of milk. Don't forget that our body is no longer on top form. Inflammation is easier.
What does acne often look like in adulthood?
Most of them occur in the chin, jaw and around the mouth.
Deep acne or large acne
Heals more slowly than teenage acne and leaves marks easily.
Skin care when acne is 30 +

Maintain skin balance. Don't use too harsh products.
Get enough sleep and manage stress.
See a doctor for a doctor to recommend if it's a lot.
