How do you Stay Awake?

I def was having a hard time sleeping especially since I didn’t have a CPAP Machine to help deal with my sleep apenea so you can tell if the back I barely slept

I tried so many caffeine supplements but once I was using my CPAP machine it really helped get me back in my sleep schedule!

There are a lot of caffine supplements that could work for some like no doz (really high in caffine) and liquid iv’s energy powers we really helped me out!
