☪️ Muslim Co-Developing Cities ⚙️ Strategy to Enhance Quality of Life to Sustainable Multicultural Society
Bangkok establishes Muslim committees, co-develops cities, acts as a central mechanism for the exchange of information, proposes guidelines and pushes for policies that directly affect the quality of life of the community, Muslims.
The BMA concept of the project stems from the intention of opening up space to all sectors of society, especially the Muslim Thai brothers, whose strong culture and religion have played a real role in the development of the city together.
Current Actions Appoint District-level Working Groups in 30 Districts with Muslim Communities Resident with District Director as Principal Coordinator, Together with Mosque Leaders, Community Representatives and Civil Society, Co-plan and implement activities that are aligned with the needs of the people in each area, such as Health Development, Community Organizing Career Promotion, Cleanliness and Safety Care, Inter-District and Public Meetings are constantly in place to make operations at the area level, especially at the county level bear tangible results and truly answer the people.
Driven by real data planning on the spot, the BMA has developed an online system to collect Muslim community data such as population, social characteristics, health issues, fragile group data with mosque community level analysis and classification into three groups: strong communities, self-reliant communities, and communities that still need help to be able to budget and plan activities in line with real conditions in each area and maximize benefit to the public.
The voice from the community was the driving force The BMA from the meeting had proposals from the Muslim community on several issues, which Bangkok watered to consider to design appropriate activities such as promoting specialized occupations such as halal food business, training in vocational skills consistent with religious principles, and environmental management within the mosque and surrounding communities.
การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนมุสลิมในกรุงเทพมหานครนั้นมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการสร้างสังคมที่หลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมและศาสนาอย่างยั่งยืน โดยการตั้งคณะกรรมการมุสลิมร่วมพัฒนาเมืองในกรุงเทพฯ ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่ช่วยให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคชุมชน และภาคประชาสังคม ซึ่งช่วยขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและกิจกรรมที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่แท้จริงของประชาชนในแต่ละพื้นที่ได้อย่างตรงจุด ในด้านข้อมูล กทม. ได้พัฒนาระบบออนไลน์ที่รวบรวมข้อมูลประชากรมุสลิมใน 30 เขต ทั้งลักษณะภูมิสังคม ปัญหาสุขภาพ และกลุ่มเปราะบาง เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และจัดแบ่งชุมชนมัสยิดเป็น 3 กลุ่มหลัก คือ ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ชุมชนพึ่งพาตนเองได้ และชุมชนที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ซึ่งทำให้การจัดสรรงบประมาณและแผนงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนถือเป็นหัวใจของความสำเร็จ โดยการประชุมร่วมกันระหว่างผู้แทนชุมชน ผู้นำมัสยิด และเจ้าหน้าที่เขตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ช่วยให้ข้อเสนอที่สะท้อนถึงความต้องการเฉพาะ เช่น การส่งเสริมอาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับหลักศาสนา การพัฒนาธุรกิจอาหารฮาลาล รวมถึงการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมในมัสยิดและชุมชนโดยรอบ มีโอกาสนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจว่าโครงการพัฒนาเมืองจะสอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรม ศาสนา และบริบทของชุมชนมุสลิม ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น การส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ชุมชนมุสลิมถือเป็นการวางรากฐานสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้คนในชุมชน สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองและเติบโตได้อย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมกันนี้ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนมุสลิมมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาเมืองอย่างแท้จริง สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมที่กรุงเทพมหานครตั้งเป้าไว้ในยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาสังคมโดยรวม การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวจึงไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนมุสลิมในกรุงเทพมหานครเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นแบบอย่างของการทำงานร่วมกันในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม ที่แสดงถึงความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวและความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมที่สร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืนในเมืองหลวงของประเทศอีกด้วย
