BMA overhauls communications, instructs personnel, makes executive statements, focuses on information to the public, cogent, complete, easy to understand.
The deputy governor of Bangkok, Twida Kamlwesh, met to rehearse the guidelines for the preparation of statements and the format of the presentation of analytical data for the meeting to the executive of the Greater Bangkok City Hall, the swing pole, the metropolitan area.
Held by the Bangkok Office of the Secretary to the Governor, with the goal of enhancing communication within and outside the organization to be more effective, the meeting outlined issues and presented guidelines for the preparation of statements on various occasions, including the format of the presentation of analytical information to participants from various agencies: the A.A., the Medical Bureau, the Health Bureau, the Disaster Relief Prevention Bureau, the Strategic and Evaluation Bureau, the Bangkok Permanent Secretary and the Bangkok Office of the Secretary to the Governor.
Deputy Governor Twida emphasized that all forms of communication must take the target audience into account and proposed modifications to the way statements are written in order to make the presentation of information more powerful and efficient.
