BMA shakes hands, S.C. increases public health efficiency, bridges health information, enhances city services.
The governor of Bangkok, Chachchan, along with the deputy governor of Bangkok, the administrator of the medical bureau and the health bureau, welcomed the director general of Thai medicine and alternative medicine, the health ministry and the faculty, to discuss cooperation with each other at Amarin, Bangkok City Hall (swing pole), metropolitan area.
This was discussed about the organization of medical and public health services between Bangkok and the National Health Insurance Agency (S.C.), the operation of the telemed subcommittee (S.C.). and the Kindness Walk-Run project to provide mobile stroke unit (Department of Health) and other related matters. Both parties are willing to cooperate with each other in an actionable way. It is also willing to connect information between Bangkok and the Ministry of Health to make it easier to work together in various areas of information and to carry out public health care work more effectively. At the same time, other areas of cooperation will be discussed on the next occasion.
In this discussion, the participants included the Director General of the Department of Thai and Alternative Medicine, Nutthong Wong Vivat, the Inspector General of District 8, Nutthit Nutthawat, the Deputy Director General of the Department of Health, En Nok, the Central Detour, the Deputy Director General of the Department of Disease Control, the Pai Nutthawat, the Deputy Director of Primary Health System Support, and Lieutenant Colonel Thanom Samphat, and Navatofemale Jurai Nritthawat, the National Health Insurance Agency, District 13.
ในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็ว การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลสุขภาพระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆ จึงกลายเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบบริการทางการแพทย์ โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างกรุงเทพมหานครและกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในครั้งนี้เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของการก้าวสู่ระบบสุขภาพยุคใหม่ที่เน้นประสิทธิภาพและการดูแลที่ครบวงจร การนำเทคโนโลยี Telemedicine หรือการแพทย์ทางไกล มาใช้เพิ่มศักยภาพการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพโดยไม่จำกัดสถานที่จะช่วยลดภาระของโรงพยาบาลและสร้างความสะดวกสบายให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม รวมทั้งการจัดบริการ Mobile Stroke Unit สำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่ต้องการการรักษาอย่างเร่งด่วน ถือว่าเป็นนวัตกรรมสำคัญที่ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสรอดชีวิตและลดผลกระทบรุนแรง นอกจากการรักษาพยาบาลแล้ว การส่งเสริมสุขภาพและการป้องกันโรคก็ยังเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ เช่น การใช้ข้อมูลร่วมกันเพื่อติดตามภาวะสุขภาพของประชาชนและออกแบบกิจกรรมเดิน-วิ่งแสงน้ำใจที่เน้นกระตุ้นให้คนในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ ดูแลสุขภาพไปพร้อมกัน ความโปร่งใสและการแบ่งปันข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพระหว่างหน่วยงานไม่เพียงแต่นำไปสู่การบริการที่ดียิ่งขึ้น แต่ยังสนับสนุนการพัฒนานโยบายและการวางแผนด้านสาธารณสุขในระดับเมืองอย่างเป็นระบบ ทำให้คนกรุงได้รับการดูแลสุขภาพที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการจริง ท้ายที่สุด ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจของทุกฝ่ายที่จะสร้างเมืองกรุงเทพมหานครให้เป็นพื้นที่ที่มีระบบสุขภาพทันสมัย รวมทั้งสามารถบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตและสุขภาพที่แข็งแรงของประชาชนทุกคนในกรุงเทพฯ และยังส่งผลดีต่อระบบสาธารณสุขของประเทศในภาพรวมอย่างยั่งยืน
