It is more convenient to use services at private medicine stores / clinics with the "Quota-Page Scan-QR Code-Welding Health Information" system.
To confirm identity and prevent the wearing of rights.
✅ Use the service in two ways.
1) Walk-in to Drug Store / Clinic (Czech Quota at Service Unit)
1. Inform the wish to use the gold card (UC) with 13-digit ID / number card
2. Drug store / clinic. Check the rights and quotas.
3. Service Recipient Confirm Identity with Face Scan (FVS)
4. Enter the service according to the selected type.
2) Czech quotas in advance and reserve the queue through LINE OA SPNCH (@ nhso) manually.
1.Add friends LINE OA SpD (@ nhso)
2.Entry menu 30 baht, keep everywhere → receive innovative services → public (UC rights)
3. Read and consent to the conditions / login (such as ThaiID according to the procedures in the system)
4. Select the desired service / service unit and check the system balance quota → Receive QR Code
5. Go to the pharmacy / clinic. File ID + QR Code to confirm your identity before receiving the service.
🟦 After receiving the service, the system will have a notification message through LINE OA SpD.
So that people can check their rights lists.

จากประสบการณ์ของผู้ที่ใช้บริการ 30 บาทรักษาทุกที่ในรูปแบบระบบนวัตกรรมใหม่ พบว่าการใช้ระบบจองคิวผ่าน LINE OA สปสช. ช่วยให้การเข้าใช้บริการเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและสะดวกมากขึ้น เนื่องจากสามารถเช็กโควตาคงเหลือและเลือกหน่วยบริการที่ต้องการล่วงหน้าได้ ทำให้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลารอคิวหรือเดินทางไปแล้วโควตาเต็ม นอกจากนี้ระบบการยืนยันตัวตนด้วยการสแกนใบหน้าหรือ QR Code ยังช่วยป้องกันการสวมสิทธิและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลสุขภาพผู้ใช้สิทธิ ข้อดีอีกประการคือ หลังจากรับบริการ ผู้ใช้สิทธิจะได้รับข้อความแจ้งเตือนผ่าน LINE OA เพื่อยืนยันรายการใช้สิทธิของตนเองได้ทันที ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายละเอียดการจ่ายยา หรือบริการทางการแพทย์ต่างๆ การตรวจสอบนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความโปร่งใสและป้องกันปัญหาการใช้สิทธิที่ผิดพลาด แม้ระบบใหม่นี้จะดูทันสมัย แต่ก็มีข้อควรระวังคือ ผู้ใช้บริการต้องตรวจสอบว่าหน่วยบริการที่ไปรับการรักษามีสัญลักษณ์ “30 บาทรักษาทุกที่” เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าจะได้รับสิทธิอย่างถูกต้อง และควรเตรียมบัตรประชาชนหรือเลข 13 หลักให้พร้อม รวมถึงควรเข้าใจขั้นตอนการใช้งาน LINE OA อย่างละเอียดก่อนเพื่อให้การจองคิวและรับบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นที่สุด ในภาพรวมแล้ว นวัตกรรมนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงการรักษาพยาบาลได้ง่ายขึ้น โดยไม่จำกัดสถานที่ จึงเป็นประโยชน์กับทั้งผู้ป่วยและหน่วยบริการในการบริหารจัดการสิทธิอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
