How to fix if you accidentally install a remote app
When accidentally pressing the link and loading the app, it may be a remote app of the crooks used to control our mobile phone. It may have a stale, a black screen, or a strange message bounced up. You can't press anything. These symptoms are stalling, so that the crooks rush to transfer money out of the account or suck the data in the machine without us doing anything. So if the mobile has the above symptoms, you should fix it as follows:
- Cut off the Internet immediately: If using the mobile Internet, immediately find the needle "Dip off the SIM card." If using Wi-Fi, unplug the home router to cut off the control cycle.
- Force Restart: Use the power button to force shutdown (Android: Press Power + Hold down 10-15 seconds / iOS: Press Add 1 sound, Reduce 1 sound, and hold down Power until up the logo)
- Account sequestration: Hurry up and use another phone. Call hotline 1441 to sequestrate the bank account immediately.
- Clear: Once it is turned on, the Internet is prohibited. Take the phone to the service center to "restore the factory."

เคยเจอปัญหาที่เผลอกดติดตั้งแอปฯ รีโมทโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจจนมือถือเริ่มมีอาการแปลก ๆ เช่น หน้าจอดำ เครื่องค้าง หรือขึ้นข้อความผิดปกติไหม? จากประสบการณ์ตรง สิ่งแรกที่ควรทำคือตัดการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตทันที ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการถอดซิม หากใช้เน็ตมือถือ หรือถอดปลั๊กเราเตอร์หากใช้ Wi-Fi เพื่อหยุดการควบคุมจากแอปรีโมทที่มิจฉาชีพอาจใช้ควบคุมเครื่องเราโดยตรง หลังจากนั้นให้ลองบังคับปิดเครื่อง (Force Restart) โดยกดปุ่มพาวเวอร์คู่กับปุ่มลดเสียงสำหรับ Android หรือวิธีการแบบ iOS เพื่อรีเซ็ตสัญญาณและป้องกันไม่ให้แอปฯ รีโมททำงานต่อ ถือเป็นขั้นตอนช่วยลดความเสียหายในเบื้องต้นได้ดี ในหลาย ๆ กรณี มิจฉาชีพใช้แอปฯ เหล่านี้เพื่อเข้าถึงข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารและโอนเงินออกทันที ดังนั้น ถ้ารู้ตัวว่าติดแอปรีโมท ต้องโทรแจ้งสายด่วน 1441 เพื่ออายัดบัญชีธนาคารอย่างเร่งด่วนด้วยเครื่องอื่นที่ปลอดภัยจากการควบคุม สุดท้ายไม่ควรใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมือถือหรือ Wi-Fi ในเครื่องที่ติดตั้งแอปฯ รีโมทจนกว่าจะได้รับการล้างเครื่องหรือรีเซ็ตเป็นค่าโรงงาน (Factory Reset) ที่ศูนย์บริการอย่างถูกต้อง ขั้นตอนนี้จำเป็นมากเพราะแอปฯ รีโมทอาจฝังตัวลึกในระบบและสามารถรีเชื่อมต่อใหม่ได้ถ้าไม่ทำอย่างถูกวิธี นอกจากขั้นตอนแก้ไขแล้ว การป้องกันก่อนจะเกิดเหตุลักษณะนี้ก็สำคัญ เลือกติดตั้งแอปจากแหล่งที่เชื่อถือได้อย่าง Google Play หรือ App Store เท่านั้น และอย่ากดลิงก์แปลก ๆ ที่ส่งมาทาง SMS หรือแชท เพราะมิจฉาชีพมักใช้วิธีนี้ล่อให้ติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชันควบคุมมือถือ การรับมือเมื่อโดนแอปฯ รีโมทถือว่าสามารถช่วยลดความเสียหายได้มาก และขอแนะนำให้ทุกคนตั้งสติ ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนดังกล่าวทันทีเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของตัวเอง
