จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ลองร้านอาหารในดานังจนจุใจ ต้องบอกเลยว่าความหลากหลายของอาหารเวียดนามที่นี่สะท้อนวัฒนธรรมที่น่าประทับใจมาก เช่น เมนู My Quang ที่ร้าน My quang 24/7 มีความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบและซุปที่เข้มข้น กลิ่นหอมของเครื่องเทศและสมุนไพรให้รสชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ รวมถึงเบฮ์ปชอน (Bep chon) ที่แม้คนจะเยอะต้องรอคิวนิดนึง แต่รสชาติการปิ้งย่างและเครื่องเคียงที่จัดเต็มคุ้มค่าเวลารอจริงๆ อีกหนึ่งร้านที่ประทับใจมากคือ Umm Banh mi แซนด์วิชเวียดนามร้านนี้รสชาติจัดจ้านและสดชื่นสุดๆ ซอสและเนื้อสัมผัสต่างๆ สมดุลและกลมกล่อม จนต้องคิดถึงหลังกลับไทย ร้าน ฮุง 68 (Hung 68) ให้บรรยากาศร้านบ้านๆ แต่มีเอกลักษณ์รสชาติที่แตกต่างจากร้านทั่วไป มีเมนูอาหารทะเลและของกินเล่นที่กรอบอร่อย ร้าน Reaching out tea house คือร้านขนมน่ารัก ที่บริหารโดยพนักงานที่มีความพิการทางการได้ยิน พนักงานที่ให้บริการแม้เงียบแต่ใจดีมาก ขนมหวานและชาอร่อยดี เหมาะสำหรับพักผ่อนหลังทานอาหาร นอกจากนี้ Hoi an cuisine และร้าน Pizza 4P’s ก็เป็นทางเลือกที่ดีสำหรับคนที่อยากลิ้มลองบะหมี่ฮอยอันและพิซซ่าอร่อยๆ ตามคำแนะนำที่ต้องจองล่วงหน้า ในตอนจบทริปอาหารทะเลต้องยกให้ร้าน Han san tri hang ที่แม้จะมีรีวิวน้อย แต่รสชาติของอาหารทะเลสดใหม่ ตัวซอสและเครื่องปรุงเข้มข้นมาก อร่อยจนลืมไม่ลง โดยรวมแล้ว การเลือกร้านที่มีรีวิวแม้ไม่มากแต่คุณภาพดี กลับกลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุด เพราะได้สัมผัสรสชาติแท้จริง พร้อมบริการที่เป็นมิตรและบรรยากาศดี เหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่รักการกินและอยากค้นหาความอร่อยที่แท้จริงในดานัง แนะนำให้เตรียมใจมาลองเร็วๆ นี้ รับรองจะติดใจจนอยากกลับมาซ้ำอีกครั้ง!
