But what I don't think I'll find is that the apps we use every day don't play almost all 😭. LINE, IG, FB, Spotify don't work at all. Even with Wi-Fi, hotels don't help (seriously, it's almost useless).
In short, the apps we play every day are almost unusable.
Will be very difficult for Thai people because we always talk online
+ I can't go down on Facebook, I can't listen to music in spotify.

As we've done, some friends can use VPNs, but ours doesn't work. It's probably just some + trouble addicts. We also have to work on the computer, so we use the roaming SIM method.
- It will also share Hotspot on the computer / on the iPad.

ถ้าใครกำลังจะไปจีนแล้วเสิร์ชว่า “ไปจีนต้องปิดโลเคชั่นแอพอะไรบ้าง” เราขอแชร์จากที่เจอมากับตัวเองเลยค่ะ เพราะตอนเราไปเซี่ยงไฮ้ (The Bund/Disneyland/ถนนช้อปปิ้ง) ช่วงแรกคือช็อกมาก แอปที่ใช้ทุกวันหลายตัวใช้งานไม่ได้อยู่แล้วในจีน (เช่น LINE, IG, FB, YouTube, Spotify, Google Maps ฯลฯ) ต่อให้มี Wi‑Fi โรงแรมก็ไม่ได้ช่วยเท่าไร แต่ประเด็น “ต้องปิด Location” มันจะเกี่ยวกับบางแอป โดยเฉพาะ TikTok ที่หลายคนเจอปัญหาโดนบล็อก/ล็อกฟีเจอร์หลังกลับไทย เพราะระบบอาจตรวจจับพื้นที่ใช้งานหรือการสลับประเทศค่ะ สิ่งที่เราแนะนำคือ ก่อนเข้าใช้งาน/ก่อนโพสต์ ให้ตั้งค่า Location ให้รัดกุม แอปที่เราแนะนำให้เช็กและ “ปิด Location” (หรือปรับเป็น Never/While Using) ก่อนเดินทางไปจีน 1) TikTok: อันนี้สำคัญสุด เราตั้งเป็น Never ไปเลย ลดความเสี่ยงโดนจำกัดการใช้งานภายหลัง 2) Instagram / Facebook: ไม่ได้ใช้ในจีนเป็นหลักอยู่แล้ว แต่ถ้าใช้ผ่านโรมมิ่ง/VPN ให้ปิด Location เพื่อกันการแท็กสถานที่/การเข้าถึงตำแหน่งโดยไม่จำเป็น 3) Google Maps: หลายคนเผลอเปิด Always ไว้ แนะนำปรับเป็น While Using หรือปิดไปถ้าไม่ได้ใช้ (ในจีนบางคนใช้แผนที่ทางเลือกแทน) 4) แอปธนาคาร/แอปงาน/อีเมล: ถ้าเป็นแอปที่มีความปลอดภัยสูง บางครั้ง Location + การล็อกอินต่างประเทศทำให้เด้งเตือนถี่ ปรับให้ใช้เฉพาะตอนเปิดแอปก็พอ 5) แอปที่ขอสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งตลอดเวลา (Always): เช่น แอปเรียกรถ/โซเชียล/กล้อง/ฟิตเนส เลือกปิดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็น While Using เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวและประหยัดแบต วิธีตั้งค่าแบบเร็ว - iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > เลือกแอป > ตั้งเป็น Never หรือ While Using - Android: Settings > Location > App location permissions > เลือกแอป > Deny/Allow only while in use ทริคส่วนตัวก่อนบิน - ทำล่วงหน้าที่ไทย: จัดการสิทธิ์ Location + ดาวน์โหลดแผนที่/ข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ไว้ก่อน จะไม่วุ่นตอนถึงจีน - ถ้าจำเป็นต้องใช้งานโซเชียล: โรมมิ่งมักเสถียรกว่า เพราะไม่ต้องลุ้นว่า VPN ตัวไหนใช้ได้ - เปิด Location เฉพาะเวลาจำเป็นจริงๆ: เช่น เรียกรถ/นำทาง แล้วค่อยปิดกลับ หวังว่าเช็กลิสต์นี้จะช่วยให้ทริปจีนลื่นขึ้น โดยเฉพาะคนที่กลัว TikTok หรือบางแอปมีปัญหาหลังกลับไทยค่ะ
