Sketchbook Page Idea - How to Draw Line Art

I was flipping through some old sketchbooks and found a couple pages where I tried doing this cool colored linework style?? Hello?? Why did I stop omg these looked so cool

Anyway I decided to make a little mini tutorial for now, in case anyone looking for sketchbook ideas wanted to try this, but I’m considering maybe starting a bigger art project that includes this style- once I find the time 😅

I think the biggest thing I liked about this lineart is how forgiving it can be, it doesnt seem like it but omg its completely okay to make mistakes!! I made a TON with the lightbulb one (lines intersecting, not following the “pattern” i made, etc etc) but because of how many lines there are at the end, they’re barely noticeable— at least in my opinion! I did notice though whenever I started to make a lot of mistakes, taking a break really helps :)
