... Read moreStarting a cleaning business taught me an invaluable lesson: never undervalue your services. At first, I struggled with setting prices, worried that clients might think I was too expensive. But I quickly realized that clients willing to pay for quality aren't just paying for the clean—they're investing in convenience, reliability, and saving their own time. Many people don't think about the true cost of cleaning until they experience a service that consistently delivers excellence and peace of mind. When I raised my prices to reflect the value I provide, I noticed a positive shift—not only in my income but also in client respect and satisfaction. Negotiating price became easier because I could confidently explain what clients were paying for: a professional, thorough job that lets them focus on what matters most to them. If you’re starting or running a cleaning business, remember that your time, skills, and professionalism are your assets. Communicate these clearly to clients. Share testimonials or before-and-after photos that show the difference quality makes. It helped me build trust and justified my rates. Don’t fall into the trap of competing solely on price. Instead, position your service as a solution that saves clients time and effort. Being a business owner means owning your worth and the value you bring to others. Embrace that mindset, and you’ll attract clients who appreciate your service and are happy to pay for the peace of mind you offer. In conclusion, charging what you’re worth isn’t just about money—it’s about valuing your expertise and providing clients with the best experience. This approach has empowered me as a business owner, turning my cleaning service into a thriving and respected business. It can do the same for you.

A cozy image featuring an open Bible, a lit candle inscribed 'be still and know,' a mug with a heart, and flowers. One of God’s Most Repeated Messages: Don’t Be Afraid
One thing I love about the Bible is that God knew we would struggle with fear. Fear of the future. Fear of change. Fear of loss. Fear of not being enough. And over and over throughout Scripture, He reminds us: “Do not be afraid.” Not because life will always be easy, but because we n

Never be afraid to be yourself. It is hard when you're told to follow certain guidelines and be told you have to look a certain way and act a certain way... it's almost like a cookie cutter mold, and it's hard to break free and become your own self at times. Remember: You Are Amazing an

If I wasn’t afraid of commitment 😅
I lowkey LOVE tattoos and I’m honestly jealous of people who can fully commit to them 😭✨ Sadly… that could never be me. I change my mind way too much, and I just know a year later I’d be staring at it like “why did I do that?” 😂 But if I could commit long-term, there are definitely a few tattoos
