Good morning 💗💗how is everyone doing today ? Last night I seen a few posts about 75 soft/hard challenge and I also follow someone that did this challenge. I thought it would be hard for me to do this considering how I work so much😭but I came across this particular one that will work for me so I decided to start my 75 soft today and I will keep an update every two weeks.

Hopefully this encourages someone to just do it🫶🏾
