One thing I’ve discovered is the magic of pairing traditional parathas with unique accompaniments like garlic pickle. This pickle is quite different from your usual mango achar — it surprises you with whole garlic pieces, crunchy almonds, and even raisins for a sweet twist. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend it as it brings a whole new dimension of flavor, especially when eaten with rice or parathas. I also enjoy mixing things up by adding nutrient-packed avocado to my breakfast. Although avocados contain higher healthy fat, they make a creamy and satisfying addition that balances well with spicy chaat masala sprinkled on top. On regular mornings, I usually prefer a simple fried egg, but sometimes I skip eggs completely depending on how I feel. Breakfast, for me, is all about comfort and nourishment. Another highlight of my breakfast is my husband's channa masala. It's a recipe that I’m excited to share soon because it’s so flavorful and pairs perfectly with parathas. Making these meals at home feels special, especially when you can share them with loved ones.
