Erickson said that...If we go through each step well, we will have "immunity."
But if a step is missed (i.e. ignored or overly framed), it becomes a deep-rooted "scar" or "knot" and immediately affects our relationships and confidence as we grow up.

The inconfidence or fear you have today. Not because you are weak, but it is the result of wounds that have not been taken care of.
Once we see where the "root" comes from, we can embrace the inner child and start acting as a "kind parent" to embrace and heal our hearts from today.
