「青木水産」って検索するとお店の雰囲気や看板メニューが気になる人が多いと思うので、私が行ったときの“使い勝手”をメモしておきます。 まず店舗外観に、名物ホタテおにぎり／特大活ホタテ焼き／絶品 雄勝産蒸しガキの看板が並んでいて、初めてでも迷いにくい印象でした。「正直レビュー 5.0」の表示も見えて、入る前から期待値が上がりました。海沿いまで行かなくても浜焼きが食べられるのがありがたくて、思い立った日にサクッと寄れるのが強みだと思います。 私のイチ推しはやっぱり“特大活ホタテ焼き”。身が厚くて、焼いても縮みにくく、ひと口で「新鮮さ」が分かるタイプでした。ホタテはシンプルにそのままでも甘みが出るので、味付けは控えめが好み。逆に牡蠣（雄勝産蒸しガキ）はレモンやポン酢がめちゃくちゃ合います。牡蠣の亜鉛や鉄分はもちろん、タウリンやグリコーゲンも含まれているので、“今日は疲れたな”って日のご褒美ごはんにも。 美容・健康目的で食べるなら、私は「牡蠣＋ビタミンC」を意識して、レモンをしっかり絞る派です。さっぱりするし、味の輪郭も立って食べやすい。食後の口の中も重くなりにくいので、浜焼き初心者にもおすすめ。 あと、看板に珈琲ソフトの案内もあって、海鮮のあとに甘いもので締められるのが地味に嬉しかったです。しょっぱい→甘いの流れができると満足度が上がるので、時間があればぜひセットで。次は名物のホタテおにぎりも食べてみたいと思っています。
