1. Proper outside play
For the summer production, it is good to make opportunities to play outside from now on. It is hot during the day, so it is recommended to choose a slightly cooler morning or evening time. The time is about 30 minutes, please do not forget to hydrate.
2. Develop a bathing habit
If it is hot, you may finish the bath with a shower. The temperature of the hot water should be lukewarm, 38-40 ℃, about 10-15 minutes as a guide. Don t forget to hydrate before and after bathing.
3. Create opportunities to sweat indoors
The more rainy days, the more time you spend indoors. Even at such times, it is recommended to move your body and make opportunities to sweat. Dancing, gymnastics, climbing and descending stairs are also recommended.
