TasteNote: Floral, Fresh Leaf, Walnut, Umami
This one's off-white florals are pretty obvious compared to the same species from uji, and the smell of fresh tea leaves is clearer, culminating in a light walnut at the end, and a clear mellow umami, not bitter astringently, a little salty, moderate creamy, not smelling smokes.
✅ Reccomend with milk / Juice
With a relatively large body, the latte can fight very comfortably. But if you like dark tea, it is considered pretty good because you are not bitter (but not as sweet as the other oku). Therefore, I would like to say that you are suitable for making lattes because it is good. 😆
🗣: Tess used to divide both clear and latte rounds as follows:
- Clear.
Round 1, room temperature water, 20ml. Beat the matcha until modest.
Round 2, water, 65-75 degrees. Another 30 ml. Hit no more than 15 seconds.
After hitting matcha, mixed with normal room temperature mineral water.
- Latte (cold whisking)
Round 1 Milk out of the fridge 50 ml. Hit no more than 40 seconds.
Then mix the remaining milk, the ratio by likes. Today, use is 100 ml.
