Day 3 of Surgical Menopause: Mental Health.
The hormones might be fluctuating, the anxiety might be trying to take the driver’s seat, but I am still here. Today is about letting the emotions happen without judging myself for them. Taking it one deep breath, and one moment, at a time. 🧠✨ Sometimes the hardest part of the day is just pausing long enough to realize how heavy it all feels. Behind the colorful hair and the daily routine, there’s a mind that won’t stop racing today.
If you’re currently hiding behind your hand, taking deep breaths, or just trying to survive the next five minutes—you aren’t alone. We don’t have to be “on” all the time. It’s okay to just exist until the storm passes. 🌧️✨A reminder to myself (and anyone else who needs to hear it): You are allowed to take a break from the noise. Sit on the porch, take a breath, and let the thoughts settle. One moment at a time.
