The inside of the room is still noisy, I can't change the room, I have to endure
There are private rooms, but the price of the day is very high
i need money just for hospitalization, but i have to pay for a private room.
To kill time, I decided to ask them to bring me the puzzles I've made so far, break down the ones I've assembled, and make them again.

But there is no sample box, so I break it and remake it while thinking that I can do something about it

入院生活では限られた空間や周囲の環境がストレスの原因になることが多いですよね。私も同じように、部屋に机がない状況でどう過ごすか悩みました。著者のように看護師さんに相談して持ち込みを了承してもらうのはとても良いアイデアだと思います。私の場合は、個室は経済的に難しく、大部屋で過ごすことが多かったですが、やはり音や他の患者さんの動きで集中できずに苦労しました。 そんな中、半透明のパズルを繰り返し組み立てるという時間つぶしは精神的にも良い効果があります。パズルは頭を使う作業なので、他の不安やイライラから気持ちを切り換えられます。私も入院中に小さめのジグソーパズルセットを持ち込み、完成させたものを壊して何度も作り直すことで前向きな気持ちを保てました。 また、見本がない状態でのパズル挑戦は少し難易度が上がりますが、その分達成感も大きくなります。入院中に自分なりの工夫や小さな楽しみを見つけることで、気持ちの安定や回復につながると実感しています。 もしも入院生活でスペースが狭く、時間を持て余しているなら、手軽にできる趣味やパズルなどの組み立て物はおすすめです。さらに、スタッフの方とコミュニケーションを積極的にとることで、快適さ向上のための細かい配慮や持ち込みの相談も可能になる かもしれません。入院中でも、工夫次第で時間を有意義に過ごせることを私自身の経験からぜひ伝えたいです。
