Packing for the big day can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry—I've got you covered! Whether you're a first-time mom or you've been through it before, knowing exactly what to pack for the hospital is key to feeling prepared and stress-free. Here's a breakdown of what you’ll need in your hospital bag for both you and your baby. ✨

For Mom:

🧴 Comfortable Clothing

2-3 loose, comfy outfits (think soft, breathable fabrics)

A robe or pajamas for lounging

Nursing bras and pads (even if you're not sure about nursing, it’s better to be prepared)

Slippers and socks

Maternity underwear

Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and any other essentials to freshen up

🌸 Postpartum Care Items

Pads (the hospital provides some, but you may prefer your own)

Peri bottle

Nipple cream for breastfeeding
