What do you do at night when you have insomnia?

This is what I usually do

- Usually turn on a movie on my tablet or a long Youtube video with [scary] stories, and listen until I fall asleep.

- Occasionally (especially if it's a weekend) get up and play some video games or read a book.

- If the next day is a business day I might work for 2-3 hours (I work remotely), so that the next day I can start the work later or finish sooner.

Fortunately I have a great sleep, and struggle to fall asleep maybe once a month or even rarer.
