Progress pictures?

Progress from a little under a year for both pictures. I haven’t always took pictures because I did not want to see myself and when I stepped on the scale there was never any change. Fast forward to me taking pictures every other time and I see progress! If you are feeling discouraged and unmotivated please let this be a sign, keep pushing! Working out is also something to help me not go insane from work 🥲😭.

... Read moreIt's so easy to get caught up in the numbers on the scale, isn't it? For the longest time, that little digital readout dictated how I felt about my fitness journey. If it didn't budge, I felt like a failure, and honestly, that's why I avoided taking progress pictures. I didn't want to see what I thought was 'no change.' But let me tell you, that mindset was holding me back! Once I started consistently taking mirror comparison photos, everything shifted. Suddenly, my focus moved from just 'weight loss' to 'body composition' and 'strength gains.' The scale might stay the same, but the changes in my physique told a completely different story. I started noticing subtle muscle definition in my shoulders and arms, and my back progress became undeniable. Those subtle shifts are so motivating! If you're like me and struggle with the scale, or just need a new way to track your fitness progress over time, mirror selfies are a game-changer. Here are a few tips I wish I’d known earlier to make your progress photos truly effective: First, consistency is key. Try to take your photos at the same time of day, in the same gym setting or spot, with similar lighting. I always try for morning before eating, in front of my favorite mirror. Second, wear similar clothing. I usually stick to a sports bra and leggings or shorts. This makes it so much easier to compare your torso progress and see those subtle changes in your waistline or how your clothes fit. Third, choose a few key poses. I do a front pose, a side pose, and a back pose. This gives you a comprehensive view and allows you to really track areas like your back progress or how your glutes are shaping up. Beyond the physical changes, my fitness journey, especially through HIIT and Hotworx sessions, has been a massive boost for my mental well-being. When work gets stressful, those workout sessions are my escape, my therapy. It’s not just about building a stronger body; it’s about building a stronger mind. Seeing my woman fitness progress mirror comparisons reminds me of my resilience and how far I've come, not just physically but mentally too. Don't let discouragement win. Your journey is unique, and sometimes, the biggest transformations aren't just visible on a scale or in a month. They unfold slowly, over time. Keep pushing, keep showing up, and definitely keep taking those women's fitness progress photos. They’re not just pictures; they’re visual diaries of your strength, dedication, and amazing transformation. You've got this!

Hey guys, thanks so much for the support and suggestions on my last post. I know some of you had questions for updates or follow ups but I didn’t want to provide one until I can give a ACTUAL progress photos. (I don’t think it’s been exactly one month but long enough to see results for sure)

6 Flashcard Mistakes That Kill Your Progress
