Jackfruit Potroast 🍈

What you need?

* 2 Cans of jackfruit

* Mixed veggies

* Potatoes

* Vegetable broth

* Vegetable oil or butter

* Soy sauce

* Browning sauce

* Your favorite seasonings

* Cornbread (whichever side you prefer with roast)

Preparation 👩🏾‍🍳

Boil water

Rinse jackfruit and squeeze about 3 times

Boil jackfruit 30 minutes to hour (depending on your tender preference, boiling also removes jackfruit taste)

Check periodically and pull apart as it gets tender

Heat up crockpot

Add in your broth, all your veggies & cover

Rinse & squeeze jackfruit

Heat Oil or butter in a skillet

When hot add in jackfruit

Pan sear for 5 minutes

Add soy sauce or browning

Season to your liking

Add jackfruit to crockpot

Add more seasoning to your liking & cover

Allow to cook for 30 minutes

Serve & Enjoy 🤤
