Heavy Heart 😭
It’s truly a sad world we’re living in… 💔
And if we’re being honest, it’s been this way for years but it feels like it’s getting heavier, darker, and more painful as time goes on.
The violence, the killings, the hurt it’s overwhelming.
My heart is heavy today. So many people are crying out for help in silence reaching hoping someone sees them, hears them, understands them and too often, they’re being ignored.
This is why we have to do better.
Check on your people.
Show love.
Be kind.
Speak life.
You never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.
The Bible already told us these days would come and we are truly seeing it unfold right before our eyes.
Let’s hold on to GOD tighter than ever before.
Pray more. Love harder. And be there for one another while we still can. 🙏🏽✨

In today's world, many are grappling with feelings of sadness and heaviness due to the constant barrage of negative news and personal struggles. I’ve personally found that acknowledging these emotions openly can be incredibly healing. When my heart feels heavy, I try to remind myself of the importance of reaching out and checking on those around me. Simple acts of kindness—like sending a message to a friend or lending a listening ear—can make a significant difference. One aspect that often goes unnoticed is the silent suffering many endure behind closed doors. It’s easy to assume someone is fine based on outward appearances, but mental and emotional pain are not always visible. That’s why consistent support and compassion are crucial. I’ve seen firsthand how praying and holding onto faith provides strength and comfort during these 'last days' defined by uncertainty and despair. Faith can be a powerful source of hope that encourages us to love harder and be more present. Moreover, in moments when life feels heavier, reflecting on spiritual teachings like those from the Bible can offer perspective and reassurance. They remind us that challenges are part of a larger plan and that we are not alone in our struggles. Combining practical efforts—like community support—with spiritual connection helps maintain balance and resilience. Though the weight of the world can sometimes feel like carrying 15kg or more on our hearts, integrating prayer, kindness, and genuine care helps lighten that load. Let’s commit to being more attentive and loving, recognizing that each small gesture can impact someone’s life profoundly.
