Black Women = WORKOUT Edition

These are the types of workout that I think black women would enjoy beyond going to a traditional gym.

Barre - this is a type of workout that is more intense than pilates. You will see fast results when discipline.

Running Club- Joining a Running club is so fun because you're part a community and they have different speeds for beginners to experts.

Pilates = pilates will tone your body out and if you do it twice a day with while being on a calorie difficent your body will change quickly for the better.

Kick boxing = Which is fun because your can leave your emotions in the the ring while posting posts of calories.

Samba classes = SAMBA is a heavily cardio type of workout and It will give you a nice shape.

WATER aerobics = for those who have back issues / knees issues swimming and excerszing in the pool is very healthy for you

Cycle classes = hip hop and r&b theme .

Morning or afternoon walks = when you don't morning or afternoon walks be keeps your body tone.

CAPOERIA = BRAZILIAN MARTIALS ARTS

weight training = after age 30 you start to lose bone density. keep lifting weights.
