Black women have issues when it comes to thyroid because of lack of Vitmins deficiencies and diet choices. That's why I will preach about eating whole food and stay away from processed food as much as possible. Please make your doctor appointments to check your vitamin d , iron, b12 and zinc levels. Balancing your stress hormones are very important. When your cortisol levels are high it will affect your thyroid and organs . Ashwaganda and magnesium will help keep your cortisol levels low. btw. The best diet to eat is the Mediterranean way of eatting. Sardines and mackerel are very good fishes to eat. Burdock roots and dandelion is a good detoxification 🌿 herb = it helps to eliminate waste and aids in ance ,eczema ,and psoriasis. This is something you should use frequently its herbs when you body has too much of a build up of waste. This is my first health chapter.

Natural supplements like ashwagandha and magnesium have calming effects that help keep cortisol in check, contributing to better hormone regulation and improved sleep quality. Herbal detoxification using burdock root and dandelion can aid in eliminating bodily waste buildup, potentially reducing skin issues like acne, eczema, and psoriasis linked to thyroid imbalance. Staying hydrated, limiting processed and inflammatory foods, and avoiding refined sugars enhance detoxification and metabolic health. Routine doctor visits to assess vitamin D, iron, zinc, and B12 blood levels are recommended to identify deficiencies early. Supporting microbiome health with probiotics such as kefir or fermented vegetables may further contribute to immune regulation and reduce autoimmunity risks associated with thyroid conditions. Simple lifestyle practices like daily walks, consistent sleep routines, and minimizing exposure to toxic stressors promote overall hormonal balance and thyroid wellness.
