Black women have issues when it comes to thyroid because of lack of Vitmins deficiencies and diet choices. That's why I will preach about eating whole food and stay away from processed food as much as possible. Please make your doctor appointments to check your vitamin d , iron, b12 and zinc levels. Balancing your stress hormones are very important. When your cortisol levels are high it will affect your thyroid and organs . Ashwaganda and magnesium will help keep your cortisol levels low. btw. The best diet to eat is the Mediterranean way of eatting. Sardines and mackerel are very good fishes to eat. Burdock roots and dandelion is a good detoxification 🌿 herb = it helps to eliminate waste and aids in ance ,eczema ,and psoriasis. This is something you should use frequently its herbs when you body has too much of a build up of waste.
