Would you want this for the USA? Yes or No

Humans decide how we want our world to be.

If you agree with these progressive socialist Democratic policies but still identify as Republican or conservative....that’s actually a well documented psychological pattern.

Studies in Political Psychology show MANY people choose a label first and then adjust their beliefs around that label later.

There’s also something called Social Identity Theory, where people stay loyal to the group they feel part of, even if they agree with ideas from the other side.

So if someone supports policies typically promoted by progressive Democrats but still calls themselves conservative, it usually means their identity label matters more than the actual policy positions. #usa #democrats #republicans #democrat #republican

From personal experience and observation, the idea of universal healthcare resonates strongly as a foundation for a healthier society. Knowing that medical, dental, vision, and mental health care would be guaranteed and top quality reduces anxiety around unexpected health expenses and promotes preventive care. Guaranteed elder care is another policy that strikes a chord. Aging with dignity and having access to high-quality housing and day-to-day assistance like medication management and hygiene care would relieve families from tremendous stress and ensure our seniors are respected and cared for, which benefits society as a whole. Public education, well-funded from preschool through higher education, opens doors for everyone to succeed regardless of financial background. The long-term societal gains from investing in education are immense and help reduce inequality. Environmental and animal protection policies are essential for preserving the natural world that supports us all. Clean air, water, and humane treatment of animals are ethical priorities that also safeguard public health. Affordable, nationwide public transit dramatically improves accessibility and reduces dependence on cars, which benefits the environment and enhances mobility, especially for lower-income individuals. The concept of a universal basic income and a living wage directly addresses financial insecurity, enabling people to live with dignity while encouraging creativity and innovation without fear of economic collapse. Affordable housing combined with strong protections ensures safety and stability for everyone, reducing homelessness and the associated social problems. Mental health and life assistance services paired with housing are critical for long-term success. Finally, public investment in essential infrastructure beyond transit, like clean water, power grids, and broadband, is fundamental to maintaining modern standards of living and supporting economic growth. Understanding these policies through the lens of Social Identity Theory reveals why many people might support these ideas regardless of party affiliation. It encourages us to look beyond labels and focus on what policies can tangibly improve our communities. Whether you identify as conservative, progressive, or anywhere in between, evaluating these proposals on their merits rather than political branding is key to fostering a better future for the USA.

Yes. The money is already available. If they can send 40 Billion to Venezuela, plus all the millions and billions they send to other countries, there b is no reason why we the people can't have these things!
