What I Ate Today

Happy Sunday! What a lovely day today has been. I basically sat outside all day and either read or watched the CrossFit games. Fun fact I watch the CrossFit games every year (except last year when someone literally died!) I love watching them and watching the athletes. But anyway I got a lot of reading done and will hopefully finish two books this week. I got the lawn mowed, well most of it. I have to push mow it so I have to do it a little at a time. I usually do the front and one side and then the next time I do the back and other side. The front and side take me about 40ish minutes. Great workout! I’m off again tomorrow so I see more reading and mowing in my future. Eating was ok today. That salmon and brussel sprouts is so good! I want to make that every week now. I haven’t made pancakes for my son in a long time so he was excited for that for dinner. Hope you’re having a great weekend 🩵
