2024 is the start of my healthier me era. I've been dieting and going to the gym almost every day. I've picked up a routine that works well for me and I've been eating more mindfully instead of just overloading. My goal is to tone up and get more strength in my arms and legs. Here is what I look like right now. But this is just the start, When I post about this again, I will be closer and closer to my end goal.
