Homemade Mild Cheddar Velveeta Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Mild Cheddar, shredded
- 1/3 cup Powdered Milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Beef Gelatin
Instructions:
Shred the Cheese: Shred your mild cheddar using a food processor or by hand.
Combine Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the shredded cheddar, powdered milk, and beef gelatin.
Process: Blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
Transfer: Line a loaf pan with Saran Wrap and transfer the cheese mixture into the pan.
Refrigerate: Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set.
