How to be happy on a day that feels bad
No matter how strong or strong we are?
There must be a bad day, tired, bored, discouraged.

1. Take a break. When you experience stress, pause your stress. When you are too stressed, there may be problems with your health.
2. Find a safe zone, get yourself out of bad situations, into a place that feels safe or comfortable.
3. Allow yourself to be weak. People do not need to be strong all the time. If you are tired or want to cry, cry out to release the feelings that are repressed inside.
It will help us feel better.
4. Try to find someone we talk to, whether with friends or family or someone we trust to lighten the burden of heart. If not really able, try to consult a psychiatrist.
5. Do not compare yourself, or aggravate yourself, or make mistakes, and see it as an experience that we will never do again.
6. Look for small pleasures, appreciate the good things that come through, such as delicious coffee, lovely pets, shambles under the trees, everything we see is comfortable, it is all our inspiration.
7. Do favorite or comfortable activities such as drawing, singing, planting trees, listening to music, cooking to balance the chemistry in the brain.
