Staring into my Soul!

Be prepared, though; they’re not exactly common, so keep your eyes peeled during your nighttime explorations! When it comes to catching Katress, you'll want to be well-equipped. I usually recommend having some higher-tier Pal Spheres ready, like Mega Spheres or even Giga Spheres, depending on your level. They're pretty agile in combat, often darting around, so bringing a Pal with good crowd control or status effects can really help. I remember trying to Throw Pal Sphere after Throw Pal Sphere before I finally weakened her enough. It was a tough battle, but totally worth it! Just make sure your chosen combat Pal isn't too strong, or you might accidentally knock her out. Once you have a Katress, you'll quickly discover her value. She's fantastic for both combat and at your base. In battles, her Dark element attacks are super effective against Neutral Pals, and she has some really cool skills. I often Summon Pal Mab when I need some extra firepower against specific enemies. But it's not just about fighting; Katress also has the Medicine Production suitability. This means she can help out crafting valuable medical supplies at your base, which is incredibly useful for longer expeditions or just keeping your other Pals healthy. It’s always amusing to see this intense Pal delicately mixing potions! Beyond her practical uses, Katress genuinely adds a lot of personality to my Palworld experience. Mab, for instance, isn't just a powerful ally; her presence is just... unique. She’ll sometimes just stand there, watching me, and that's where the "staring into my soul" thing comes from. It's a combination of creepy and endearing that I haven't quite found with other Pals. I’ve had moments where she's just observing my base activities, or following me around with that same piercing gaze, and it always makes me smile.
