3 brioche buns

1 pack thick cut bacon

2 jalapeños thinly sliced

1 white onion thinly sliced

6 slices white american cheese or white cheddar

Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp relish

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp garlic paste

2 tsp each paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
