Talk about good things... more than the burden you carry.
Talk about good things... more than the burden you carry.
Life is never fair to anyone.
I really believe that.
Because everyone I met - no matter how strong on the outside - had something to carry quietly.
The question isn't. Do you have a burden?
But what do you choose to talk about every day?
I'm not telling you to pretend to be strong.
Didn't tell to smile despite being heartbroken
And not taught to escape the truth.
But I want to invite you to "practice looking."
Practice choosing to focus on what still nurtures the life force.
More than something that slowly sucks it away.
Because the words you used
Building the world you live in
If one day you wake up and talk hard,
Repeated mention of the burden.
Speaking of what's still lacking. What still hurts.
Your brain will gradually believe
> > This life is really heavy.
And unconsciously... you'll be tired.
Even haven't started walking yet.
But if any day
You choose to talk about the remaining "good things."
Don't be grand. Don't be complete.
Just still have breath
There are still people who love
There's still a chance to try again.
That's not self-deception.
But it's a choice of perspective.
That makes you stronger, not weaker.
Someone who has grown steadily.
Not someone who never gets hurt.
But the one who won't let the pain
Become his entire identity.
Everyone has a burden.
Some people carry hard
Some people carry for a long time
No one really has the advantage of anyone.
The only thing different
Is that some people don't tolerate the burden.
To overshadow the good things that still exist
He doesn't deny the truth.
But he didn't let it dictate that.
> "I'm the one who broke."
He knows life is not complete.
But I know
There is still something good to stand on.
And that's it.
Is why he didn't stop.
Words... become attitudes.
Attitude... becomes life.
What you say to yourself every day
It's not gone anywhere.
It's slowly buried deep.
To become the way you see the world.
If you say bad things,
You'll start to believe your life is really bad.
But if you choose to talk about something that's still good,
Even very small.
You'll start to see that.
This life hasn't closed its doors on you yet.
Optimist
Not a lucky man.
But the person who chooses the view
That allowed him to move on.
In spite of everything not being ready.
Finally...
I want to thank you for what you have.
Even on days when everything is not complete.
Thank you.
Not surrender.
Not to stop developing.
But it is mental discipline
That keeps you from falling apart.
On a day when the world is not gentle with you at all,
Thank you for the small things.
Thank you for still standing.
Thank you for still feeling
Thank you for not leaving yourself.
And choose to talk about
What makes you healthy
It's not what makes you vulnerable.
Because finally,
The identity you created.
Is the house you have to live with for the rest of your life.
Create yourself.
That you would be proud of.
Stay Hard, sir. 🤍
