- 1 lb ground chicken

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
