from dying to living again

I was dying from this heart disease 15 years ago. my heart was only working at 30%. last year my weight went down to 149. doctors gave up any hope. but I believe the miracles and your body can heal itself. I'm back to 180 lb and feeling great

Don’t get me wrong, I love my iPad, kindle, and MacBook just like anyone else. I guess I’m just not impressed by how fast everything moves anymore. I want to live. Slowly. Imperfect. With things I can hold in my hand and memories to last a lifetime. Maybe the real luxury is being present.
