Small change, Big results

I used to have training days between Monday to Friday.

Now I have it between Sunday and Thursday.

Training whichever body part you want to prioritize on a non working day or less taxing day(whichever that day is for you) makes a significant difference.

Plus there’s the bonus of you not having to worry about going out with friends over the weekend.

I still do drink alcohol despite it being a “forbidden” thing for muscle growth and fat loss.

Cos life and friends > that extra bit of progress in the grand scheme of things.

I just try not to drink on my training days. Easy.
