Initially, my core strength was so weak I could barely complete a single set without feeling breathless and uncomfortable. Wheezing and struggling to even reach my toes made me question if I could finish the challenge. By day three, motivation waned, and quitting felt like an easy option. However, pushing through those tough early days transformed my mindset. Around day five, I shifted focus from counting reps to counting the days I showed up without skipping, which helped keep me accountable and consistent. Some mornings were more challenging, especially when I was still half-asleep, so I occasionally did my sit-ups in bed to make it easier to get started. Tracking every rep on Repscroll added an element of gamification, making the challenge feel more engaging and rewarding. Without the need for a gym or any equipment, it was just me, the floor, and my dedication. After two weeks, the results were undeniable: my core felt significantly stronger, which improved my posture and relieved previously nagging back pain. Standing taller became noticeable to others as well, which boosted my confidence. This experiment proved that simple bodyweight exercises, when done consistently, can deliver powerful health benefits without complicated setups or expensive gear. If you're considering a similar challenge, remember to listen to your body and maintain good form to avoid injury. Gradual progression and tracking your routine can keep you motivated and help you see tangible improvements, just like I did.
