Uhhh idk what happened

My Butter Lettuce was thriving. Yes he was getting a little tall but I didn't mind. I decided I was going to give him a bigger container but when I switched him to the Sour cream container and... he dead. Is this what happens when you use plastic? 🤔 My celery continues to thrive tho! But RIP my
