Using a gentle body scrub two to three times a week has been key for me—I noticed my skin immediately felt smoother and looked brighter. It also helped combat dry patches that I used to struggle with, especially during colder months. One satisfying moment I often share with friends is how exfoliating can make your skin feel "dangerously soft." That smoothness is not just a luxury—it’s a sign your skin is healthier and better prepared to absorb moisturizers and other skincare products. It's important to choose scrubs with natural exfoliants like sugar, salt, or finely ground seeds, rather than harsh chemicals or rough pads that can damage your skin. Also, avoid exfoliating every day, as over-exfoliation can cause irritation and sensitivity. In short, exfoliating is a crucial step in a balanced skincare routine that anyone aiming for glowing, healthy skin should try. The compliments I get from people surprised by how soft and luminous my skin looks are definitely worth it!
